Anyone have a clue ? PLZ help

OK i have had my cliq for about 6 months and i will start off with saying it has been the best phone ihave ever used but three days ago something terrible happened....It had died when i went on a weekend trip ( I forgot my charger). When i got home I picked up my laptop to do some work and i hooked my phone up to the cpu to charge while I was working......when the phone powered on all of my desktop items/shortcuts/widgets everything was gone...completely blank other than my background picture....also all of my contacts were gone....well let me clarify the contacts that were gone were my tmobile contacts...the othere like from myspace and facebook were still there.....it had also erased my message history and call log........even all the call/phone settings were changed.....Anyone have any ideas?  This is a huge problem .....Thanks
