I received mine on Nov. 22nd.  So far I am very satisfied with it.  I have used a blackberry for years, but got tired of the IT policy restrictions.  I was not able to push my internet email accounts after the last IT policy.  I hate Windows so decided to give this phone and Anroid a spin.  I chose this phone over the mytouch due to the 3.5 headjack (I listen to music a lot) and I wanted a dedicated keyboard since I havent used a touchscreen before.  After 5 days, I am happy with my choice of phone.

What I like;  Full touch keyboard, No IT Policy Smiley, decent camera shots in well lit areas, android market, nice weather app on home screen, dedicated button to switch between ring and vibrate, easy corporate email, contacts, calendar sync, did not have to reformat my micro sd card

What I dont care for; Kind of heavy, gets warm when surfing the net, happenings notification on home screen was annoying (was able to disable the facebook notifications, would like to sync outlook calender notes (there is probably a way to do it, just havent had time to play with it yet, short battery life, camera flash would be nice, i would like to delete several apps that came on the phone to free up memory

also.. i found that when i first got my phone.. all of the networking setting on the phone were on. if you hold the lock button long enough you can quickly turn your WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, and Airplane mode on/off. Having them all turned off extended my battery life especially overnight.

I dont like to charge my phone over night. The phone charge did last me almost 11 hrs and i was continually taking videos and uploading them straight onto youtube. It still helps to have a car charger tho from time to time.
