i'm on my 6th cliq =[

okay so i'm on my 5th cliq waiting for the 6th to arrive..   and i must say i'm very unhappy with the replacements ive been getting, keyboards not lighting up, the screen splitting , turning off unexpectedly, being extreamly hot when charging..etc.. ive just had the worst luck with this phone.. they offered me the new dash and the new blackberry.. but i love the versatility of this phone so much that im trying to look past it.. i just want to know if anyone else is having these problems with replacements.. or just in general..
