5:39PM It's starting... Sanjay Jha's taking the stage!

 

5:41PM Now he's turning his attention to the CLIQ... he says they're "very happy" with BLUR. "We're still working on battery life."

 

5:41PM "It's a living device... we're obviously improving it."

 

5:45PM They're going to upgrade ALL of their devices (including the CLIQ) to 2.1!

Once we get upgraded to at least Android 1.6, the google maps will have turn by turn directions using the built in GPS, so I will never need my Garmin again.  One less device to take with me when I travel.

Apparently we are getting a minor update this week and 2.1 is scheduled to come out in the 2nd quarter of this year.  I can't wait.

 Roll Eyes i myself am not going to get my hopes up it will happen when it happens and feel free to pass this along to whomever i find this site extremely childish and almost as bad as the cuban goverment people telling you what to do when to do it and how you are supposed to do it i regret signing up  for something like this AND please feel free to remove me as i will no longer take part in this forum or any other that has to do with you i have found more information and more reliable information just by simply checking out motorola's site nad as far as any updates are concerned nothing for atleast another month or two my wife works for t-mobile thanks for this delightful and somwhat amusing show of dictatorship

The Cliq update is scheduled to be out tomorrow.  Check out www.tmonews.com for the details.  Android 2.1 is scheduled for Q2.
